In three simple steps you can make the perfect after school snack. This snack packs a one-two punch: not only is it tasty, this recipe for Banana Sammies is healthy, even gluten-free, too.
4 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons nut butter
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Mix together nut butter, cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl until creamy.
2. Peel bananas and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
3. Place a dollop of nut butter mixture between two slices and freeze for 30 minutes.
