Chocolate Bourbon Bark

This Chocolate Bourbon Bark can be served up on a festive plate or dressed up as a gift in a decorative tins box, plate or bag. This bark with a bite can't be beat!
Ingredients2 tablespoons bourbon (we suggest Jim Beam Bourbon)⅓ cup almonds
- Break up the chocolate into pieces and put into the microwave for 15 seconds, in a microwave safe bowl or plastic container. Check to see if melted, and then repeat the process as necessary.
- Add bourbon, and gently mix together with a spoon.
- On aluminum foil, arrange half of the almonds. Pour the chocolate over, and then stick in the remaining almonds vertically into the chocolate.
- Place flat into the freezer to set for 30 minutes.
- Break into pieces.
