1 Large Pizza Dough, 24 ounces well proofed
2 cups Crushed Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Garlic Granules
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
½ cup Olive Oil
1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
2. In a 2 inch deep baking pan, spread olive oil evenly throughout the pan. Add stretched dough corner to corner of the pan. Allow to proof for one hour.
3. Top with all ingredients and bake until golden brown (about 25 minutes). Allow to cool and cut into strips.
