If you do not have the time or just want a simpler turkey or Thanksgiving dinner try roasting a hotel style turkey breast.
Bone In Turkey Breast Only (hotel style if possible)
½ stick of unsalted Butter, room temperature
Freshly ground sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Place turkey breast in pan with roasting rack. Slather butter on outside of the turkey skin.
3. Grind fresh sea salt and pepper over skin. Cover with foil.
4. Place turkey in oven and roast according to package directions. Uncover the turkey in the last 15 to 30 minutes of cooking time to brown up nicely.
